Discover Oliambel, a mill dating back to 1947, with a tour of its production and storage areas. Conclude with a guided tasting of three EVOOs and the opportunity to purchase exclusive products.
We have prepared the best visit to Oliambel for you, an olive oil mill dating back to 1947. You will learn in the most engaging and personal way how our varietal AOVEs are made and taste. The approach to the AOVEs from the Sierra del Moncayo is a journey of discovery into a reality that is both human and technical. AOVE is a perfect synthesis of ecology, born from wisdom and perseverance, and continuous improvement as a universal value of quality.
The visit is organized in two parts: a tour of the reception, production, and storage areas of the Oliambel mill. In each area, you will learn about the key processes involved in producing the highest quality AOVEs. Afterward, we will conduct a tasting of three extra virgin olive oils, establishing connections between the production processes, the specific tasting process for each oil, the factors that define their quality, and the unique features that make them stand out. Finally, we will visit the mill's shop where, with guidance from the producer, we can purchase the AOVEs we tasted to continue enjoying our olive juice.
