The visit continues in the Boot Room, where our generous wines age in American oak casks. This room preserves the art and technique of aging, while you enjoy a tasting of our most emblematic wines.
Next, we move to the artisan workshop, a space where skilled and delicate hands place labels on each bottle in a traditional, manual process. This preserves the craftsmanship of the past, giving each bottle the care it deserves after years of aging in barrels—truly precious creations emerge here.
The climax of this experience is in the Tasting Room, a setting designed to delight the palate with the winery’s exquisite handcrafted vinegars, surrounded by objects from Antonio Sánchez's collection. A day spent with a passionate local expert, where we immerse ourselves in the culture of wine, vinegar, barrel-making, and culinary pairings, with the highly versatile Pedro Ximénez grape from Córdoba being the undisputed queen.
This activity includes:
· Lasts two hours aprox. w/o lucnh or dinner
· Tasting of three wines of different vintages (Vertical tasting)
