The wine theme night is the inaugural event of the Bullas wine festivals.

The successful Wine Theme Night, a food and wine exhibition that takes place in Bullas, takes place between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
Attendees have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of wines with the Bullas Protected Designation of Origin (DOP), belonging to the Bullas Wine Route.
In addition, the restaurants that are also members of the route offer exquisite tapas that perfectly complement the wine offering.
In addition, local companies collaborate with appetizers such as sausages, cheeses or other typical gastronomic products of the region, thus completing the food and wine experience.
The event takes place in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, with the background accompaniment of music, poetry, and enopack raffles, brilliantly kicking off the town's Wine Festival.
The great reception from the public demonstrates the growing interest in wine tourism and local gastronomic culture, with around 400 attendees attending the last edition.

Winery built by the first generation Sanz in the village of La Seca (4km from Rueda).
1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2.
