ESTÉVEZ WINERIES AND VINEYARDS IS A STORY OF COMING AND GOING, a sentimental investment in Valtuille de Abajo, in El Bierzo. It’s about returning to the homeland and caring for a heritage:

CENTENARY, like the vineyards that great-grandfather Ramón gradually purchased with the money he earned in Brazil,
INTELLECTUAL, like the libertarian articles written by grandfather Antonio, prior to his Mexican exile caused by the Civil War,
FAMILY, like the emotion felt by father Helios in Mexico when he wrote poetry inspired by his beloved Bierzo or when he finally saw his village Valtuille and, on the horizon, the moon resting on the chestnut trees...

The proposal of ESTÉVEZ WINERIES AND VINEYARDS is a tour through the landscapes of Valtuille de Abajo, one of the most iconic areas of the Bierzo vineyards.

To culminate with the tasting of 3 of their "Paraje" wines and learn about the family history and their journey of coming and going.

The tour includes:

• Winery visit
• Tasting of 3 "Paraje" wines (Pal de la Vega, Mata los Pardos, Casares)
• 2-hour walk through the 4 "Parajes" of red wines (Medium difficulty level)

It is always subject to the weather conditions on the day of the visit. If not possible, the Estévez Pack will include a tasting of 3 "Paraje" wines.
