Wood, fire, water, and metal are the essential raw materials for the production of barrels. These elements, antagonistic by nature, become allies thanks to the knowledge and skill of the cooper, whose work is the result of a millennia-old heritage.   The creation of a barrel is a spectacle enjoyed with all five senses. The impressive flicker of the flame, the texture of the wood, the aromas of the "batiero," the rhythm of the work, and, of course, the flavors the barrel imparts to the spirits form a unique experience.

These barrels are matured in the main wineries in the region with selected wines. Once they have acquired the essence of these spectacular wines, they are sent to international distilleries where the best distillates in the world will age.
