Join us on this exciting journey through time. As we wander through vineyards, ancient courtyards and cobbled streets, you’ll discover our system for maturing and aging the wines and brandies from Jerez.
A tour of one of our vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area. We will continue in the Fino solera where we will talk about biological ageing and the system of criaderas and soleras. From there we will move on to oxidative ageing and finally a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local tapas will be served.
Enjoy a guided tour of our winery, where you will discover our unique way of understanding wine — a philosophy that, for six generations, has remained true to our principles, our land, and our history.
