We will visit our snail farm, where you will dive into the world of heliciculture. You will learn about the life cycle of a snail and how a snail farm is managed.
1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3. The duration of the activity is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the group and what the group interacts with. 4. Very long hours, booking in advance.
