A trip that will take you through the Natural Park of Foix, from the valley up to the highest mountains, visiting millenary terraces, the lakes of Foix up to the chapel of Foix while you will discover the wide variety of soils and microclimates that we combine to make our high quality wines and cavas. We will finish the adventure with a commented tasting of our biodynamic wines and cavas.

El Lagar offers a journey through time, blending traditional and artisanal techniques with cutting-edge methods and state-of-the-art technology. As a starting point, the experience begins with a visit to the impressive 16th-century stone winepress, where its founders crafted their first wines in 1972 as a tribute to their hometown, Pesquera de Duero.
Guided tour lasting two hours in which you visit the Cerrato Castellano Museum, consisting of two buildings, one of them an Interpretation Center, where we find a space dedicated to oenology and the Historical Complex of the Baltanás Winery District. The second part of the activity takes place in the Municipal Winery and the traditional Winery where the activity ends with a wine tasting.
