The Yllera family, dedicated to the world of wine for five generations, wants to share with those who visit their winery all their history and knowledge, from the work in the vineyards to the glass, offering a range of possibilities that provide visitors with an unforgettable experience. They can explore their labyrinthine underground cellars and savor their elegant wines in groups or privately, according to their desires and needs. We are located in Rueda, 20 meters underground in a 15th-century Mudéjar-style winery. The rehabilitation and merging of the town's old wineries carried out by the Yllera family over the years have resulted in over 1 km of corridors, tunnels, and cavities that form a maze brimming with history, effort, and dedication, evident in the brick and limestone walls.
Additionally, in this incomparable setting, we offer a gastronomic proposal by the 12-Michelin-star chef Martín Berasategui, based on work and humility, two non-negotiable principles for him.

From Tuesday to Friday, we offer you our 6-course Tasting Menu at our restaurant, La Huerta Vieja, which will stimulate all five senses of customers and friends.
Very complete experience that combines heritage + culture + gastronomy + wine culture. The underground cellars on Calle Puerta Nueva de Utiel will be the first stop for our visitors. They will learn about the structure of these wineries and the winemaking process in the 18th century. Afterwards, the visit to our monumental winery will begin, where we will take a tour of our exciting history and see the wine-making process from the entry of the grapes into the winery, passing through the barrel room, storage area... ending in the tasting area where we will taste a selection of our best wines. The visit will end with a meal in a typical Utielano Restaurant.
