The experience begins with a guided walk through the Bobal vineyards, where you will discover the origin of this native variety and how its deep roots allow Novos wines to reflect the essence of the terroir. During the tour, the owner of the winery will tell you about the sustainable cultivation methods they follow, respecting the natural balance and promoting sustainability in every process. From there you will go to the winery, where the winemaking process will be explained and you will be able to taste some of the musts and wines in production.
