Once you have all the information you need, you will visit a centuries-old winery located in a magical enclave. Touring the cave, you will learn the secrets of the ‘Wines of Labastida’ and the history surrounding them.
After tasting the wines, what better way to end the day than enjoying a traditional menu including such favourite dishes as potatoes with chorizo and the famous chuletillas al sarmiento (vine shoot-grilled chops).
All of this can be done without leaving the village and without needing to take the car once you have arrived in Labastida.

In the heart of the Sayaguesa region lies the hospitable town of Peñausende, where we find the rural tourism center "La Becera" in its urban area, a house that combines the old stone architecture with modern accommodations.
