Chestnuts and Derivatives El Cerro sells natural chestnuts, dried chestnuts (pilonga), chestnut flour, and, based on traditional recipes, chestnut cream and chestnut preparations in syrup. The chestnut is the star product of the area, where traditional selection and cultivation techniques are added to the suitability of the climate and the terrain to obtain an unbeatable fruit that stands out in all its qualities: size, color, brightness, texture and, of course, flavor.
