This experience offers a complete immersion in the world of Monastrell wine and local gastronomy. It begins with a guided tour of the vineyards, where participants learn about the cultivation of the Monastrell grape, a variety native to the region, and the agricultural techniques that allow its optimal harvest. During the tour, an expert guide explains the winemaking process, showing the winery facilities and detailing each stage of production
After the visit, we will enjoy a typical meal from the area with traditional dishes, carefully selected to pair perfectly with the wines.

Take a look at the following experiences
1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3. The duration of the activity is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the group and what the group interacts with. 4. Very long hours, booking in advance.
