The La Tercia de Ulea experience is a proposed visit to a winery that includes explanations about the wine aging process and wine tasting with an aperitif.
We will take a tour of the winemaking and ageing facilities of the urban winery, taking a closer look at the particularities of artisan work, ageing in clay amphorae, foudres or barrels. We will also see how we carry out the manual work of labelling and sealing bottles, which is typical of small production wines. We will finish with a tasting of four wines accompanied by an aperitif of Riojan pork loin and our own organic olive oil with bread from a wood-fired oven.
