We will also prepare some fresh dairy products so that you can taste them and learn about their origin, followed by a visit to the different rooms of the cheese factory where you can learn all the secrets of making and refining a handmade Castilian cheese full of nuances, we will finish the activity by tasting different references of cheese paired with a wine from the D.O. Rueda.
