Workshop on making jam with seasonal fruit for use in cooking.
Other jams will be blind-tasted as a sensory experience.
Different wine and jam pairings will also be conducted.
During the workshop, we will explain the different processes involved in making jams, the types of jams we can make, and which ones best accompany various culinary dishes. We will discuss the use of spices and aromatic herbs to enhance the flavor of jams for pairing with different dishes. We'll also talk about the many variations for a creative and unique process.
We will offer jam samples without labels so participants can guess the ingredients.
Finally, we will present several dish options and pair them with different wines and liqueurs.
Visitors will be informed about local wineries, restaurants, cheese dairies, and oil mills they can visit in the area.
