Art, Tradition, and Wine represents the philosophy of Virgen de las Viñas, reflecting the experience that embodies its essence in the wines produced. Tradition is present in the Lagar, the heart of the winery, which has evolved over time to become the Ethnological Museum.
Discover our underground caves, where the essence of wine was once stored. Your senses will come to life as you walk through its galleries, experiencing the history and passion behind winemaking.
Explore the bottling area, where the present and future of our winery take shape, with the capability to bottle over 20,000 bottles per hour. Conclude the tour with a tasting of two wines and an olive oil, paired with traditional La Mancha delicacies.
A visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art 'Infanta Elena' will offer you the opportunity to experience the deep connection between art and winemaking within Virgen de las Viñas Bodega y Almazara.
This museum houses a permanent exhibition featuring works from the Virgen de las Viñas Cultural Contest, held annually since 2001. It has a committee of honor presided over by His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain.
The museum showcases artworks from various artists, incorporating different styles, techniques, and themes, making it a fascinating destination for art lovers.
On the second floor, in addition to our permanent collection, the museum hosts temporary exhibitions, having displayed works by renowned artists such as José Sánchez Carralero, Eduardo Naranjo, Brinkmann, and Salvador Dalí, among others.
