Afterwards, you will visit the Peñoncillo vineyard, with extraordinary views of the Mediterranean Sea and where you will taste the wines produced by NILVA.

A) NILVA WINE EXPERIENCE
Through our guided tour you will discover a surprising Manilva. Beginning the visit at the CIVIMA (Centro de Interpretación Viñas de Manilva) you will take a tour of Manilva's viticulture from the 16th century to the present day through the Viticulture, Oenology and Harvest Rooms. Next, you will visit the NILVA winery where the original and exclusive wines made from the Muscatel variety are produced. Afterwards, you will visit the Peñoncillo vineyard, with extraordinary views of the Mediterranean Sea, where you can taste the wines produced by NILVA.
In summer, this visit takes place in the afternoon-evening to enjoy the spectacle of the sunset overlooking the Mediterranean.

Wine tourism Encima Wines: come and visit our winery
Wine is not a matter of age, but of the people who enjoy it. And here is a sample: the freshest Bierzo and the youngest brand from the winery. Quality wines for everyone.
1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3. The duration of the activity is approximately one hour, depending on the size of the group and what the group interacts with. 4. Very long hours, booking in advance.
