Visit to the winery and explanatory and paired tasting of the process of obtaining honey and making mead. Tasting of 3 meads and 2 honeys. Visit to the Igea Palaeontological Interpretation Centre.
1. The tasting consists of 5 different cheeses. We try to present the greatest variety of cheese technologies, with the three milks (sheep, cow and goat) being present, seeking to bring together cheeses from different regions. 2. The activity includes one drink per person which can be wine, water or must. (The following drinks, if applicable, will be paid separately. 3.
