Soleae is traditional and family farming for sustainable rural development with quality as a principle. This project was born with the aim of recovering centuries-old olive groves cultivated in a traditional way and on terraces or terraces in the Sierra Salamanca. From these olive trees we obtain a delicacy, an Olive Juice of the native varieties, Manzanilla, Cacereña and Ocal.
