To visit La Bodega Medieval is to enter the medieval period (around the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries), which has been carefully recovered to offer visitors an experience for all their senses that leaves no one indifferent.
This visit is a unique opportunity to delve into the science of vine cultivation, and the ancient art of producing wine. We encourage you to immerse yourself in the local history and culture while learning about how our ancestors lived and how their legacy influences our way of life today.

This experience offers the opportunity to have a close view of the fighting bull in its natural environment.
Guided tour of the classification enclosures: yearlings, herds, steers, utreros, and cows with their calves. With technical explanations and in bullfighting language of the country tasks for the breeding of the bull, from its birth to its selection for the fight.
The tasting of tastings at ENATE. This activiy is traditionally held on the first Saturday of every month by the winery's technical team. It includes a visit to the winery, a tour of the Contemporary Art Gallery and a tasting, making for a very complete activity.
Guided tour of the winery facilities, Fariña Museum and tasting of 5 wines from the winery accompanied by a tapa of Zamorano cheese. 90 min. approx.
Tour of the production facility - the underground aging room with more than 1,800 French and American oak barrels and 6 French oak vats of 16,000 liters - and the bottling room of our Toro winery, to learn in-depth about the production process of the different Fariña wines.
