To learn about the wine-growing culture of our Sierras through the wines of the wineries of the PDO Sierra de Salamanca, this trip will be made through the guided tasting of three wines from different wineries, all accompanied by a pairing of Iberian hams from the DO Guijuelo or an assortment of tapas. A gastronomic experience to savour the essence and history of a territory where wine is the common thread of our story.
