We can offer you the perfect sustainable plan, whether you come as a couple, with family or with friends, in which you will enjoy food and wine in the area of San Esteban de la Sierra, where you will discover magical places such as the ‘Route of the Rock Winemaking Vats’.

Route: 13 km – Circular.

Duration: 4-5 hours.

Difficulty: Medium, with a signposted route.

To learn about the wine-growing culture of our Sierras through the wines of the wineries of the PDO Sierra de Salamanca, this trip will be made through the guided tasting of three wines from different wineries, all accompanied by a pairing of Iberian hams from the DO Guijuelo or an assortment of tapas. A gastronomic experience to savour the essence and history of a territory where wine is the common thread of our story.

Laus & Yoga

The activity consists of a guided yoga session in our olive garden, a tour of the winery, located in the heart of Somontano, getting to know our production area and barrel room, and finishing with a tasting of our wines.
