tour full of history and flavor. From the first moment, you will be greeted with a warm welcome by Luis Ángel, the master baker, who will share with you the history of this
iconic bakery and its importance in the local culture. You will explore its facilities, from the
kneading area to the wood-fired oven, while learning about the processes and tools
that have been key to keeping this legacy alive for generations.
The experience includes a live demonstration of artisanal baking, where you will
be able to observe up close how the bakery's most emblematic recipes are made. Luis Ángel
will share with you traditional kneading, fermentation and baking techniques, as well
as secrets and tips for achieving unique breads and pastries. You will have the opportunity to
interact with him, ask questions and decorate your own piece of bread, which will be baked
especially for you. Designed to be both educational and entertaining, this activity will allow you to
get to know in depth the values and dedication behind each product.
