Tour of the Monastrell vineyards and foreign varieties on our “Las Gruesas” estate at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. Guided tour of Bodegas Castaño to learn about all the winemaking processes.
Tour and tasting of 5 wines from the barrels with a ‘venencia’. Manzanillas and other wines. Patios, wineries and a very old office 1792. You will finish with a paired menu in Restaurante EntreBotas (located in our patios).
Participate in the harvest at Bodegas Pagos de Negredo and immerse yourself in the art ancestral grape harvest, experiencing up close the process that gives life to each bottle of wine. The day begins at dawn in the vineyards, with a warm welcome and breakfast country with local products. Equipped with traditional tools, you will learn to collect grapes manually, guided by winegrowers who will share their knowledge and techniques.
