This interactive workshop is designed for you to explore the perfect combinations between the region's wines and a selection of local products such as artisanal cheeses, traditional sausages, extra virgin olive oils and native sweets. Guided by an expert sommelier, you'll learn key pairing techniques, from how to identify aromatic notes and textures to how to balance flavors to bring out the best in each bite and sip.

During the session, you will discover the secrets of local grape varieties, their history and how they integrate perfectly with the gastronomic richness of the Mediterranean. In addition, the workshop includes practical dynamics in which you can experiment with different combinations to find your own perfect harmonies. To complete the experience, you will enjoy a cozy and authentic atmosphere in Monóvar, surrounded by landscapes that evoke the essence of this region.
