The wine tourists are welcomed at the top floor of the winery and then taken to the tasting room, where we show them what the winery looked like when we purchased it. Afterward, we play a video on the TV in the room that explains how we make our carbonic maceration wine along with a white wine fermented in barrels, accompanied by some pieces of cheese. We then explain the origins of the wine names and the winery's name before heading down to the next floor, where the two-screw press is located, which has been restored and is still in use.

We go down another floor to the renovated concrete tanks, which we use to store the wine, before moving on to the large cellar where the barrels are kept.

Finally, we return to the tasting room where we offer carbonic maceration wine and Garnacha red wine, paired with some cured meats.
