In this visit, we will get to know our organic farm, the agriculture, and the Churra sheep. Then, we will tour the cheese factory and finish with a small cheese tasting.
Guided tour of the winery facilities, Fariña Museum and tasting of 5 wines from the winery accompanied by a tapa of Zamorano cheese. 90 min. approx.
Tour of the production facility - the underground aging room with more than 1,800 French and American oak barrels and 6 French oak vats of 16,000 liters - and the bottling room of our Toro winery, to learn in-depth about the production process of the different Fariña wines.
