We start at our winery, map in hand and a bird checklist to tick off. The point of reference will be the Monastery of El Pueyo and the Sierra de Guara mountains. Finally, we will arrive at our ‘The Wine Garden’ where we will sit next to the vineyards to savour an aperitif-vermouth of typical products, accompanied by our most emblematic wines. And without forgetting the little ones, we will give them an original origami owl.
