Carpe Diem has created a new eno-oleotourism experience that combines vineyards and olive groves. It is a unique tour in Andalusia. The activity, which lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, begins with the reception of visitors where the importance and value of the land in this northern enclave of the province of Malaga is contextualised. Next, a video is shown presenting the winery, the oil mill and the dressing section, as well as explaining the technical details and production processes in each of the sections.
Afterwards, a visit is made to the Nave Málaga, where the winery's traditional wines are stored, and a tour of the oil mill. The experience ends with a sensory paired wine and oil tasting.
