Tasting of 3 tapas with km0 products explained by our Chef, paired with 3 wines from wineries in Rioja Oriental, commented on by the winery's oenologist.
We will take a tour of the winemaking and ageing facilities of the urban winery, taking a closer look at the particularities of artisan work, ageing in clay amphorae, foudres or barrels. We will also see how we carry out the manual work of labelling and sealing bottles, which is typical of small production wines. We will finish with a tasting of four wines accompanied by an aperitif of Riojan pork loin and our own organic olive oil with bread from a wood-fired oven. An emotional visit to enjoy the culture of wine, with the charm of the small and artisanal.
